Heals the Brokenhearted

Discovery of the Day:

I found a new document that confirms the dates of birth and death for Roger Ellwod O'Neal. I attached that to his file in my personal notes. I've added the source if you want to see the record.

Scriptural thought of the Day:

We have been going through a rough time lately and we've also been taking a closer look at the scriptures daily hoping to reinforce our faith. Today's daily text comes from:

Isaiah 57:15

"For this is what the High and Lofty One says, Who lives forever and whose name is holy: “I reside in the high and holy place, But also with those crushed and lowly in spirit, To revive the spirit of the lowly And to revive the heart of those being crushed."

I like looking up cross-references that aid in seeing how God truly feels about a subject. When you see the same thought several times it helps you see more clearly how God truly sees things.

As Lofty as he is it is comforting to know that he cares for the broken hearted.
