The O'Neal Times  October 19, 2023 Edition  Discovery of the Day: James "Willard" O'Neal's date of death was October 19, 1975. I had recorded that he had died in October but I was unsure of the Day. I found the date on his www.findagrave.com website. We are looking for a photograph of Willard to be able to publish in future articles. Memory Card: James Willard O'Neal Born: August 20, 1909 Died: October  19, 1975 GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN! He was my first cousin three times removed.

So, I bought two pair of non skid work shoes in the last two months. I've worn both pairs out already. I need a new pair again. I can't decide which ones to buy. Day One  Yesterday I got the news that my stepmother passed away. She had been having a lot of health issues over the last year so it wasn't a total shock but it wasn't expected either. It made me stop and examine and evaluate my life.  I will be turning 51 in a few days and I want the next 50 years to be better than the last 50. That means I needed to make some changes. So I posted a decent picture of me on my social media page with the words. I started a new journey and nothing else. I got a few comments and by a few I mean four. What they didn't know was it was an announcement to the world that I had started not only a new career but I had also decided to work on a new me. A career is nothing really, so that's not important, but living your best life is.  I chose a photo that I felt was maybe my best photo that I had of me on my phone. The O'Neal Times Summer of 1957 ________________________________ Letter From the Editor: I was going through some old photographs and found a picture of grandpa  Paul and Grandma (Dolly).  I don't ever recalling her ever hugging him so this was a picture I definitely wanted to share and keep. After finding the year recorded on the photograph I looked up the top ten songs of that year and included them in this edition along with my cover of the songs I liked the most.
